  1. I worked for Coco's for 10 years when I lived out west and this doesn't taste anything like their house dressing. Replace the milk with buttermilk for a total of 2 cups of buttermilk, double the parmensan cheese and leave out the vinegar. The vinegar ruined the recipe. Add 1 T. ground black pepper, 1 t. finely chopped parsley and viola - you have Coco's dressing.

  2. I have missed this dressing and am so glad I read the reviews first! I agree with the former Coco's server's edits to the recipe: remove the Apple Cider Vinegar, go all buttermilk (no milk), and double+ the parm. I prefer white ground pepper, but otherwise, the recipe took me back! Delish!

  3. I liked the dressing, but the vinegar needs to be reduced and the parmesan needs to be increased.

  4. Wonderful dressing. I do add extra parm. Thanks.

  5. Have had recipe for year. Should be 1/4 of Cider vinegar, not 1 and 1/4 cups.
