  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Prepare the cake mix as directed on the package for a 15 x 10 x1 inch baking pan, substituting the brewed coffee for the water.
  3. Bake for 20 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, mix the flour, sugars, instant coffee, and cinnamon in a large bowl.
  5. Using a pastry blender or 2 knives, cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  6. Sprinkle the crumb mixture evenly over the cake.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes longer or until a pick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  8. Cool on a wire rack.
  9. Cut into squares to serve.
