  1. Simmer both milks & coffee on low heat until small bubbles form.
  2. Meanwhile blend egg yolks and sugar until fluffy or smooth.
  3. Add salt.
  4. Temper eggs with 1 cup warm milk, then gradually add the remainder.
  5. Simmer on low heat for approximately 10 minutes or until the liquid coats the back of a wooden spoon.
  6. Once this happens, transfer mixture to freezer and chill for 2 hours before placing in your ice cream maker.
