  6. COVER TIGHTY, AND STORE IN A DARK PLACE AT ROOM TEMP FOR AT LEAST 2 WEEKS.
  7. SHAKE JAR GENTLY ONCE DAILY.
  8. POUR MIXTURE THROUGH A WIRE-MESH STRAINER LINED WITH 2 LAYERS OF CHEESECOTH INTO JARS, DISCARDING COFFEE BEANS.
  9. COVER TIGHTLY.
  10. STORE AT ROOM TEMP.
  11. USE IN BEVERAGES, EGGNOGS, OR CAKE FILLINGS AND BATTERS.
