- 6 pork chops
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 cup Coke
directions
- Brown the pork chops in a skillet on medium-high heat.
- Place them in a baking dish, sprayed w/nonstick spray, as close to being in a single layer as possible.
- Mix ketchup and Coke together and pour over chops.
- Cover and bake at 375°F for 45 minutes, or until done.
