Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 (15 1/4 ounce) candark sweet pitted cherries (cut in half)
  • 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple in juice
  • 1 (3 ounce) packagecherry jell-o gelatin (dark cherry works well, too)
  • 1 (3 ounce) package strawberry Jell-O gelatin dessert (raspberry works well, too)
  • 1 (12 ounce) can Coke (Coke Zero works well, too)
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese (use fat-free to reduce fat)
  • 12 cup chopped pecans

Directions

  1. Drain juice from cherries and pineapple and bring juice to boil.
  2. Pour juice over Jello.
  3. Let cool a few minutes and then add Coke.
  4. Add cherries, pineapple, cream cheese and pecans.
  5. Pour mixture into mold and let congeal (8-24 hours).
