Hi I am a foreigner currently working in China.I came from a family who simply love to prepare foods each and everyday. I made a lot of foreign friends here and they shared with me their countries food. Some i made adjustments to suit my taste. I love cooking and I want to hear from other cooks around the world.Vegetables in China are very cheap and I want to learn how to cook vegetables in many ways.I wanted to learn from others how to cook food that needs simple recipes because the city where I live here is not very big and I cant find some ingredients that I need. To get the butter, some species, cheese and cream, I have to travel 6 hours.Huhuhu.....I just wnat to have food with ingredients that I can find right away.
