Cola Pork Chops

"I found this on another website. Was very quick to put together and in the oven. I used boneless country-style pork ribs and they were juicy and tender."

  1. Very tasty chops! I cut the ingredients down to 2 chops and used reduced sugar ketchup. It was a little dry so I think next time I'll check the chops at 45 minutes. I also used lemon pepper seasoning instead of pepper. Thanks for this one! Made for Rookie Recipe Tag Game 2013.

  2. I made this recipe last night for dinner with my boyfriend and his mother. We all agreed that it is wonderful!!! I changed the recipe quite a bit though. I browned the pork chops on the stove top prior to baking in the oven. I also added sliced onions on top, cut the ketchup back to 2/3 cup and added 1/3 cup of BBQ sauce and garlic feista seasoning. I cooked the pork chops in the oven with the sauce and left the lid off. That made the sauce thick and flavourful! I will make this recipe over and over again! A real winner!!!
