I used 1/2 cup of green onions instead of 3/4. Also would not recomend using canned crabmeat. I used closer to a pound (16oz) of freshly frozen Maine crabmeat my husband and I had caught on the boat we work on back in October, picked and froze it for the holiday season. Husband really liked flavor, it will be an even better consistency and flavor tomorrow after sitting in the fridge overnight. I also followed recipe as suggested, however waited until everything was mixed, the gently folded my crabmeat in, just so it was coated with dip, then stopped so I didn't over mix/lose my big pieces of crabmeat. (I hadn't bothered picking/separating the leg & body meat when I picked it, so had a mix of both in my dip.) Would only recommend using fresh meat.. really think that would make all the difference, and possibly why other reviews were so poor? (I actually didn't see the reviews until after I had made mine, prob wouldn't of tried this particular recipe if I had, but mine came out really good, absolutely think the fresh crabmeat makes all the difference, so thought I would leave my own review & results.)

Bon Apetite ..
