  • Infuse the slices of ginger and lemon rind in boiling hot water for 3 minutes.
  • Add honey to sweeten (to taste).
  • Great sip when having a cold.

  2. I don't know if it cured my cold but it sure was delicious and warmed me. Don't boil the ginger and the rind longer than 5 minutes or you'll end up with a spicy(ginger) and bitter(white part of the rind) drink.
     
  3. This helped ease stomach cramps. I did steep about double the time. For health benefits people, use organic local honey to your area, not plain sugar! Made for Comfort Cafe - Snow Queens Round 01/10.
