Directions

  1. Toss cabbage, green pepper and celery.
  2. Combine mayonnaise, vinegar, milk, sugar, salt, pepper, celery seed and mustard.
  3. Mix. Pour over cabbage. Cover, refrigerate.
  4. Drain very well.
  5. Cook fish sticks. Add slaw to bun.
  6. Add fish sticks on top of slaw.
