“I am a college student and I try to get creative in the kitchen every once and awhile to find quick, convenient, and yummy foods. It's going to sound strange, but this tuna-based fish taco is one of my favorite dishes! It tastes like a dream with absolute minimal effort. This dish can double as a dip and pairs well with a Spanish or taco rice. This is my first time doing something like this, so I welcome tips and advice for future reference. Enjoy!”
