  1. Beat 3 cups half and half with 4 beaten eggs.
  2. Mix together sifted flour, baking powder, and salt (omit salt if using salted butter).
  3. Add 2 sticks hot melted unsalted butter slowly while stirring and mix.
  4. Pour batter onto hot lightly greased griddle and flip when bubbly on surface.
  5. Cook until golden brown on both sides.
  6. Serve with my "Kentucky Whipped Butter" and pure maple syrup.
