  • Brown the beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add the garlic, onion, and bell pepper. Cook until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  • Add the tomato soup, beef broth, soy sauce, and stir.
  • Lower the heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  • Add the macaroni and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring OFTEN so that the pasta doesn't stick to the pan.
  • Remove from heat and transfer to a serving dish. Sprinkle the cheddar cheese over the top, and when it is melted, it is ready to serve!
