  1. Mix ground beef or turkey with egg,water oatmeal,chopped onion,garlic,spices,chopped peppers,ketchup and tomatoes.
  2. Mix well until everything is combined.
  3. Place in a large baking dish.
  4. Bake in a 350 F oven for 45- 60 minutes.
  5. After 35 minutes cover with remaining ketchup,and sliced bell peppers.
  6. Bake until brown and bubbly .
  7. Excellent the next day cold too:).
