  1. Mix together melted Butter and Light Brown Sugar.
  2. Add cream cheese and granulated sugar to the mixture.
  3. Next, mix together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, salt, and vanilla extract.
  4. Then, add in ¾ of the chocolate chips to the dough.
  5. Roll the dough into nickel sized balls and place on wax paper.
  6. Take the other 2 cup of chocolate chips and put into a microwave safe bowl.
  7. Place the bowl in a microwave for 60 seconds, stirring every 15 seconds.
  8. Use a cupcake pan and line the insides with cupcake liners.
  9. Fill the bottom of the liners with chocolate.
  10. Place 1 piece of the the rolled up dough and sorta flatten it out.
  11. Cover the dough with more chocolate and shake the pan to evenly spread it over the dough.
  12. Chill for at least 30 minutes or until hardened.
