  • Melt the white chocolate using a double boiler or in the microwave.
  • Mix the cookie crumbs and melted chocolate into the softened cream cheese. As it cools quickly, the chocolate make form small pieces in the icing, which adds texture.
  • Add powdered sugar until the icing reaches the desired consistancy.
