Cookies and Cream Cheesecake

- 2 cups crushed Oreo cookies (24)
- 6 tablespoons margarine, softened
- 1 (7 g) envelope unflavored gelatin
- 1⁄4 cup cold water
- 1 (250 g) package cream cheese, softened
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 3⁄4 cup milk
- 1 (8 ounce) container Cool Whip Topping
- 1 1⁄4 cups crushed cookies (approximately 10)
directions
- Combine 2 cups crushed oreos and margarine, and press in an 8-inch square pan.
- Put gelatin in cold water and place over low heat until dissolved.
- Combine cream cheese and sugar, mixing well wirh electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add gelatin mixture and milk, mixing well until well blended.
- Chill until set (10-15 minutes) but not thick. Fold in 1 container Cool Whip.
- Alternate cream cheese mixture with 1 1/4 cups cookies.
- Chill until firm.

<br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
