Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 cups crushed Oreo cookies (about 24 cookies)
  • 13 cup butter, melted
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 23 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 2 ounces semisweet chocolate, grated

Directions

  1. Combine crushed cookies and butter. Press into the bottom and up the side of a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Gradually add sugar and vanilla.
  4. Whip the whipping cream. Fold whipped cream and grated chocolate into cream cheese mixture.
  5. Pile the filling mixture into crust. Garnish with additional chocolate, if desired.
  6. Chill completely before serving.
