1 lb rotini pasta, cooked
4 medium cucumbers, deseeded and diced
1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
1 small red onion, sliced thinly
¹⁄₂ cup grated parmesan cheese
1 ¹⁄₄ cups creamy Italian salad dressing
1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper

directions

Boil pasta according to package directions. Drain in colander and rinse with cold water before adding other ingredients.
Add remaining ingredients and toss well. For best results, chill overnight.
