  • Combine pineapple and lemon juices, water and blueberries in blender or use a hand blender.
  • Puree until desired consistency.
  • Stir in vanilla extract.
  • Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
  • Vanilla yogurt can be used in place of extract.
