Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 (5 ounce) canchunk canned chicken, breast, drained and flaked (you might try tuna)
  • 14 cup mayonnaise or 14 cup salad dressing
  • 14 cup shredded carrot
  • 2 tablespoons raisins
  • 2 tablespoons chopped dry roasted peanuts
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 ice cream cones
  • lettuce leaf

Directions

  1. Combine first 5 ingredients. Season to taste.
  2. Line cones with lettuce, and spoon in filling.
  3. Enjoy!
