ingredients
- 1 bunch cilantro
- 1 cucumber
- 1 container cherry tomatoes, cut in quarters
- 1⁄3 white onion
- 1 red pepper
- 1 lemon
- 1 lime
directions
- Chop cilantro, cucumber, onion, pepper.
- Cut grape tomatoes in half.
- Combine everything in bowl.
- Squeeze half the lemon in bowl.
- Squeeze the whole lime in bowl.
- Mix everything together.

The really cool thing about this recipe is that it contains no fat at all and is made up of solely vegetables. Perfect for dieters (like me) who are attempting to avoid mayo based salads at barbeques but still want a full plate of food. You can bring it as a side dish to a party and eat as much of it as you like! I added some feta cheese!YUM!
