- 2 Weetabix
- 1⁄2 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1⁄3 cup pear, chopped
- 3 tablespoons cashews
directions
- Place Weetabix in a bowl.
- Pour yogurt over biscuits.
- Crush Weetabix with spoon and mix with yogurt.
- Stir in chopped pear and cashews.
- You can modify the type of nuts, fruit and flavor to suit your taste. I like to add ground flax for omega-3 and extra fiber.
