ingredients
- 2 tablespoons dried rosemary
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon dried ground oregano
- 1 tablespoon tony chachere's creole seasoning
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons cumin
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 tablespoons canola oil, optional for making paste
directions
- Mix all items and add canola oil.
- Toss with frozen wings until well coated.
- place on baking sheet lined with foil and sprayed with Pam.
- Bake at 400 for 45 minutes turning occasionally.
