Copycat Granite City Dip
"To die for dip served at Granite City with their special waffle fries. Would be a great dip for practically anything and it is an excellent condiment for burgers and chicken and...well...everything!
**Warning: This does not turn out as tasty or similar to the real thing when it's made with low-fat, no-fat ingredients**"

ingredients
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon curry
- 1⁄8 teaspoon paprika
- 1⁄4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
directions
- Combine all ingredients with a whisk and top with parsley flakes.

went there for lunch today and had some left over idaho nachos but not enough dip. so i found this whipped it up and it was still missing something. i looked at what i had left from there and noticed the dill. id say a good size pinch did the trick -
So good! I think it tastes just like the dip at Granite City. It's also very easy to make. -
I love the waffle fry dipping sauce at Granite City so I was anxious to try this recipe. While, it is not exactly like the original, I found it to be similar tasting and very good with the fries I made tonight. Thanks for posting!

I am a college student studying Business and Spanish in South Dakota. Not too many years ago I discovered I adore cooking but, unfortunately, I cook a little like my father. We both see recipes as a nice place to start but hardly a place to end a dish. Everything (usually) ends up tasting delightful but it can be frustrating when somebody asks for the recipe. Along with my love of cooking comes my love of Central America. I blame the empandas in La Ceiba, Honduras for that.
