ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1⁄3 cup vegetable shortening
- 1 cup icing sugar
- 1⁄4 cup white sugar
- 1⁄3 cup evaporated milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 drops lemon extract
directions
- Cream the butter and shortening together; then slowly add the sugars while continuing to beat.
- Add the evaporated milk, vanilla and lemon extracts; mix on medium speed until completely smooth and fluffy.

I used your recipe to make a bumpy cake filling. It was pretty good. I was hoping it would be smoother though. Everyone at work loved it, so I guess that's what counts! Thanks! -
