  • In a large pot crisp bacon, remove from pan and set aside.
  • Add hot italian sausage to pan and brown and crumble
  • Remove excess fat from pot and add onion and garlic.
  • Crumble bacon then add to pot.
  • Cook til onions are translucent.
  • Add water, chicken soup base, and potatoes
  • Cover and simmer til potatoes are fork tender
  • Uncover and add milk and kale.
  • Cook til kale is tender.
  • ENJOY.
