  • 236.59 ml corn, fresh (approximately 2 ears of corn)
  • 425.24 g can cream-style corn
  • 236.59 ml sour cream
  • 226.79 g package corn muffin mix
  • 88.74 ml green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1.23 ml ground black pepper
  • 0.25 ml salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Butter a 9-inch square baking pan.
  3. In a large bowl, stir together the 1/2 cup melted butter, fresh corn, cream-style corn, sour cream, muffin mix, green onions, pepper, and salt.
  4. Pour batter into the prepared pan.
  5. Bake for 60 to 75 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
