  • 8 12 ounces Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 14 34 ounces creamed corn
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 egg

directions

  • mix well.
  • pour into a buttered 8 X 8 pan.
  • bake at 400 for 40 mins or until spoon comes out clean.
