  • 2 can cream-style corn
  • 1 egg
  • 59.14 ml milk
  • 1 box Ritz cracker
  • 59.14 ml butter

  • Mix egg and milk.
  • Pour mixture and mix with corn.
  • Mix in crumbled cra ckers to soak up moisture. Cover top of casserole with cracker crumbs and dot with butter.
  • Bake 1 hour at 375 degrees.

  1. This recipe is pretty good. I made it in a 9x12 casserole dish, but I think that was too large, as it turned out not as thick as I imagined.
     
  2. This recipe is as good as it is simple. I have been lookig for a recipe that tasted as good or at least close to my grandmothers Corn Casserole. I found this one to meet my expectations. It is quick and easy to make with the simplest of ingredients. Best yet my two girls ages 6 & & love this and they never liked corn before!
