Corn Dip

"This was recently served at a party at work. I did not, at the time, know it was a dip so I ate it alone. I find the taste to be very interesting, but definitely delicious."

 1. I made it by the recipe and added jalepenoes. It was good!... But today made it: replaced the mayo for fat free mayo and used cream cheese instead of sour cream... It's excellent!! I added a touch of celery salt, a little garlic and a dash of ginger... It's a hit!!

 2. This was good. I added hot sauce and then added more to the left-over dip. I served it with corn chips. I will make it again but I really think it needs more bite, maybe a ittle jalapeno.

 3. I made this for a potluck party. I heated it up and served it warm. This was a super-easy-sure-fire HIT!! Doubled the recipe and it was still gone in a flash!! I made no changes, but I bet some cumin would spice this up a bit!

 4. Good dip that's a little different from the usual dips that are served with tortilla chips.

 5. Really great easy recipe to make. Next time, I'll try adding a touch of hot sauce to give it a little kick! Got lots of high marks from those eating it! Thanks!

Hello everyone! I am from the lovely state of Alabama. I love to spend time with my family, hunt, fish, read, and swim. I am 29 years old, and I have been married for 7 years to my high school sweetheart. We also welcomed a baby boy into our home on August 11, 2006. His name is Brayden and he is my life and my heart. It has definitely been a change - but a good one. As a new bride and beginner cook, I looked to recipe websites for help and stumbled upon Recipezaar. I love this place!! I am all for any kind of comfort food, such as collards, Mexican cornbread, etc. I love the Calling All Cooks cookbooks, because they have several Southern and different recipes. src="http://i23.photobucket.com/albums/b399/susied214/projects/200_PACpic.jpg" border="0" alt="Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket">
