  1. This was excellent! I threw everything into a zip lock bag for easy mixing and transport, since I baked it at a friends house. I made a "double" batch and added an additional can of drained whole corn to the mix. I placed it in a 13X9 glass casserole dish. It took me much longer to bake than I anticipated (almost 55 mins) and I when I finally took it out of the oven it was still kind of wet. Once it sat for a little while it firmed up pretty nice though. When I make it again I will add an additional egg or two I think. Eaten cold the next morning it was wonderful! Definately A KEEPER!
