  • melt butter in 9x13 backing dish and then allow to cool.
  • Stir in sour cream and mix well.
  • Add all remaining ingredients except the Jiffy Mix and stir to mix.
  • Stir in Jiffy Mix and stir to mix.
  • Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until golden brown. It is better undercooked than overcooked.
  • Add chunks of cheese and/or jalapeño slices for variation if desired prior to baking.
