¹⁄₂ cup red onion, chopped

directions

mix all together.
chill overnight.

This is an easy and tasty salad! I don't care for raw onion so left it out, otherwise made as directed. I liked the dressing on this, it's different from other corn salads I've made but we enjoyed it. Thanks for sharing the recipe! Made for ZWT9, The Apron String Travelers

I made this last night for dinner. It really was a big hit with my family. It was a nice blend of ingredients, and the spices were not overpowering. Some of it is in the fridge, and I had to taste it before we went to lunch. The recipe keeps well when refrigerated.
