- 1 (12 ounce) can regular black beans
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon raw garlic
- 1 small red onion
- 1⁄4 cup lime juice
- 1 red bell pepper
- 5 green onions
- Tostitos Scoops

directions
- chop onion, green onion, bell pepper, cilantro, and garlic.
- Mix everything but the chips.
