  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add ajwain seeds and onion.
  3. Saute.
  4. Remove the caps of the capsicums and scoop out the seeds.
  5. Brush lightly with oil on inside and outside.
  6. Keep aside.
  7. In the pan containing ajwain and onions, add corn, chilli powder, milk, maida and salt.
  8. Mix well.
  9. Allow to come to a boil (one boil is enough).
  10. Remove from heat.
  11. Add grated cheese and 2 tbsp cilantro.
  12. Stuff this inside the 6 capsicums.
  13. Garnish with some cheese and cook for 15 minutes in the oven.
  14. Garnish with cilantro and serve hot.
