  • 1 (8 ounce) box Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 12 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 14 cup sugar
  • 1 (8 ounce) can creamed corn
  • 8 ounces vanilla yogurt

  • Whisk oil and eggs together. Add other ingredients and mix well. Pour mixture into a well-greased 8"-9" square pan or pie pan. Bake at 375 for 40 minutes.
