1 1/2 pound loaf
1 egg
¹⁄₄ cup skim milk powder
1 ¹⁄₄ teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon liquid honey
2 ³⁄₄ cups all-purpose flour or 2 3/4 cups bread flour
¹⁄₃ cup cornmeal
1 ¹⁄₄ teaspoons bread machine yeast or 1 1/4 teaspoons instant yeast

directions

Add enough water to the egg to equal 1 1/4 cups (300 ml).
Measure ingredients into bread machine baking pan in order recommended by manufacturer.
Insert baking pan into oven chamber.
Select Basic Cycle.
