  1. I don't think my day would be complete without a smoothie somewhere along the line, usually for breakfast, but not always! This great treat was made in mid-morning! I doubled the recipe for the 2 of us! Used low-fat cottage cheese, milk with 2% fat, & 2 cups of frozen blueberries (the latter giving it a nice frosty chill)! Very, very nice!
