ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup hot water
- 1⁄2 cup cottage cheese (or yogurt)
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 cups bread flour
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons dry milk
- 2 teaspoons instant minced onion
- 2 teaspoons dill weed
- 3⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon yeast
directions
- Place all ingredients in breadmaker, select basic cycle with light crust. (I have found that it works fine on the quick bread setting on my Zoji.).

Thanks for posting this recipe! Just came out of my Zoji Maestro. Since I have "bread machine yeast," I used the Quick White Bread cycle. Used fresh dill and I think I under-measured. Next time I'm going to add more onion, salt. Despite that, the loaf came out very light and airy, and is delicious slathered with butter...LOL.
