Ingredients Nutrition

  • 300 g cottage cheese
  • 100 g grated cheese
  • 150 g whole grain oats (not 'instant')
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 2 large eggs
  • 50 ml oil (optional)
  • 1 12 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 12 teaspoons yeast extract (Vegemite, Marmite etc.)
  • 1 teaspoon mixed herbs (e.g. Italian herb mix)

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients well together.
  2. Press into a greased flan dish.
  3. Bake at 180 C for approximately 45 minutes to an hour, until brown.
