¹⁄₂ cup warm water
³⁄₄ cup milk
³⁄₄ cup cream-style cottage cheese
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups bread flour
1 ³⁄₄ cups whole wheat flour
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 teaspoons yeast

directions

Add ingredients in manufacturer's suggested order.
Basic bread cycle.
This makes a 2 lb loaf.
