  • In shallow baking dish combine eggs, milk, and salt.
  • Butter four slices of bread.
  • Top buttered bread with chicken and cheese slices.
  • Cover with remaining slices of bread.
  • In a skillet (I prefer cast iron) heat oil.
  • Dip sandwiches carefully in egg mixture and grill in skillet until both sides are golden brown.
  • Serve with a side salad or a light soup.
