  • In a bowl put the dry ingredients, add honey and pour in the beer, stirring only until flour is moistened.
  • Pour inot a greased loaf pan and bake at 300 degrees for 35 minutes.
  • As soon as removed from the oven, rub top and sides with butter.

  1. Hi there: I think there must be a typo in your recipe. Beer bread that only has 2 ounces of beer? And 12 Tbsp of honey? I think you flip-flopped the two. You must mean 12 ounces of beer, which is a standard size bottle of beer. And you probably mean 2 Tbsp of honey, which is a normal amount of sugar for beer bread. Just looking out for you!
