Country Breakfast Pie (No Potatoes)

"I've been making this for St. Patrick's Day and Christmas a few years now. Not sure where my family got the recipe orignally - probably on the back of a box somewhere down in Texas."

  • Cook breakfast meat.
  • Crumble or cut into small pieces.
  • Mix cheese and meat; sprinkle in pie shell.
  • Mix peppers and onions. Add eggs and cream.
  • If using tabasco, add now to taste.
  • Mix and pour into shell.
  • Bake at 375 for 45 minutes.
  • Cool for 15 minutes before slicing.
