  • In a large saucepan, combine 2 c water and bouillon, heat until bouillon dissolves.
  • Remove frozen vegetables from pouch and add to broth and heat until thawed.
  • Combine flour and the 1/2 cup water; stir intil smooth.
  • Add to broth vegetable mixtue.
  • Heat stirring constantly, until thickened and smooth.
  • Add remaining ingredients and heat through.
  • Serve with hot baking powder biscuits.
