Crust
- 1⁄2 cup spaghetti sauce
- 1⁄2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1⁄4 cup chopped onion
- 1⁄4 cup chopped green pepper
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
- 1⁄8 teaspoon oregano
- 1⁄8 teaspoon pepper

Filling
- 1 cup water
- 1⁄2 cup spaghetti sauce
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese or 1 cup monterey jack cheese
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
- 1 1⁄3 cups Minute Rice
directions
- Combine crust ingredients and mix well. Pat meat mix into bottom of pie dish. Pinch 1-inch fluting around edges. Set aside.
- Combine Minute rice, spaghetti sauce, water, salt and 1/4 cup of cheese. Spoon mix into meat shell. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
- Uncover and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Return to oven and bake uncovered 10 to 15 minutes. Cut into pie-shaped pieces and serve.
