Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cream butter, sugar and lemonade mix.
  3. Add egg, vanilla, lemon extract, lemon zest and lemon juice and mix well.
  4. Add flour and baking soda and mix.
  5. Roll dough into teaspoons size balls place on cookie sheet.
  6. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
  7. You may roll dough balls in sugar before baking or when cooled if desired.
  8. They are also good with a glaze of powdered sugar and milk.
  9. Great either way.
