ingredients
- water, 80-90 deg.F (1 cup plus 1 Tbsp.)
- 3 cups bread flour
- 2 tablespoons dry milk
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 teaspoons active dry yeast, or
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons bread, machine or 1 1/2 teaspoons fast rise yeast
directions
- Add liquid ingredients to pan.
- Add dry ingredients, except yeast to pan.
- Tap to level.
- Place butter into corners.
- Make a well in center of dry ingredients. Add yeast.
- Program for dough if used for Kraut Burgers.
